Because we can see these gifts in our church, city, and world- we are hosting a weekend Conference to teach and equip on intercessory prayer, deliverance, healing prayers, spiritual gifts, repentance, and revival. Conference Speakers


Dr. Peter J. Bellini (Website)

Rev. Dr. Bellini is an ordained Elder in the West Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church and has served in ministry for over 36 years. He has been a leader in every facet of ministry, including new church starts, church turnarounds, mergers, local church renewal, prison and campus ministry, revivals, conferences, deliverance ministry, discipleship and leadership training, inner city and global missions and several marketplace ministries. He has taught and ministered in countries throughout Latin America, Africa, East and Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America. Dr. Bellini teaches on the Holy Spirit and related topics, such as holiness, healing, prayer, hearing God, discipleship, mental health, pastoral care and counseling, revivalism, Wesleyan Holiness-Pentecostal-Charismatic movements, the power of God, spiritual warfare, and deliverance. Above all, Dr. Bellini is a revivalist and ministers in revivals throughout the year. As a revivalist, he ministers in the fivefold gifts, specializing in prophetic intercession, deliverance, and healing. Dr. Bellini is one of the foremost authorities on deliverance and exorcism.

Pete is married to Mariuccia Bellini. They have two adult children, Pietro Aaronne and Paola Arianna. They have a granddaughter, Costanza. In his free time, Pete is a recreational heavyweight boxer and a powerlifter. He also runs a boxing club ministry. Dr. Bellini is a heavyweight boxing historian and avid Roberto Clemente aficionado. Known as Dr. B (with students), Pete (friends), or Petey (friends and family).

Madeline Carrasco Henners (Website)

Madeline is an ordained elder in the Rio Texas Conference of the United Methodist Church who served within the local church for over twelve years. She has ministered in a variety of capacities, as both an associate pastor and solo pastor. Areas of focus in her professional ministry have included spiritual formation and discipleship for all ages, young adult and women’s ministry, administrative organization, and preaching and teaching. Since its inception, Madeline has served on the Wesleyan Covenant Association (WCA) Council and is currently the board chair of Spirit & Truth. She is frequently invited to speak at various revivals, retreats, women’s conferences, and WCA events around the country.

Madeline is married to David Henners, an architect from Liverpool, England. They celebrated their fifteenth wedding anniversary in 2022. In her free time, Madeline is a golfer, decorator, movie enthusiast, and new convert to the K-Drama genre.

Angel D. Santiago-Vendrell (Website)

Angel D. Santiago-Vendrell is a professor of world Christianity and witness. He was born and raised in Puerto Rico and came to faith in Christ at the age of nineteen after hearing a sermon by Rev. Ludy González, a Puerto Rican female Pentecostal pastor. He served as a youth pastor and assistant pastor in Puerto Rico, and as senior pastor of Iglesia Metodista Unida San Andres in Jamaica Plains, MA, for three years.  Before coming to Truett, from 2008 to 2010, he was an assistant professor of mission studies at Memphis Theological Seminary, and from 2010 to 2023, he served as the E. Stanley Jones associate professor of evangelism at Asbury Theological Seminary, Orlando Campus.

Dr. Santiago-Vendrell is passionate about missionary historiography, especially biographical studies, and how those stories could shape current Christian practices that are transforming and liberating. He also enjoys surfing, playing basketball, and building Star Wars Lego. He lives in the Waco area with his wife, Misoon Im, and their two sons.
