Summer has been full of fun but many are ready to settle into their routine and start off the school year on the right foot. Join us in worship services on August 15^th as we begin our sermon series titled, “Help! The Importance of Community.” The series will be led by Rev Adam Knight and will talk through being present, serving, healing, and mentoring. God calls us to walk alongside one another in intentional community, and Pastor Adam will lead us through what the Bible says about loving our neighbors. Towards the end of this sermon series, we will put our teachings into action by launching community groups and having our first community gatherings! Also on Aug 15^th students are invited to bring their backpacks for a special backpack tag and prayer to begin the school year, and all are invited to Coker Park after the 11 AM service for the Coker Park Cook-Out (you must RSVP for the Cook-Out online at Coker.org/Events).
