Directory Photo Sign Ups 

June 15 & 29, July 13 & 30, August 10 & 24

The Coker Directory Committee will be assisting our Coker family with scheduling a portrait session later this summer/fall. Stop by the table to get on the calendar. Each appointment will take approximately 15 minutes. Photography sessions are planned for:
August 20, 2-8:30 PM
August 21, 2–8:30 PM
August 22, 2-8:30 PM
August 23, 9 AM-2 PM
September 3, 2-8:30 PM
September 4, 2-8:30 PM
September 5, 2-8:30 PM
September 6, 9 AM-2 PM
September 17, 2-8:30 PM
September 18, 2-8:30 PM
September 18, 2-8:30 PM

September 20, 9 AM-2 PM

Here’s how you set an appointment!

Go to the Universal Church Directories website (www.ucdir.com)

Click on the box on the right side of the homepage entitled “photography session signup”

Enter your church code tx675

Enter your church password photos

Click on the Enter button

Click on the desired photography date

Click on the Reserve Time button beside the desired photography appointment time

Enter the appropriate information in all required fields (indicated by the asterisk)

Click on the Schedule Appointment button at the bottom of the screen to reserve the photography appointment time in your family’s name

If you have more than six family members being photographed, please reserve two appointments consecutively (such as 6:00 and 6:10)

Add the date and time to your calendar or print the next screen to use as a reminder of your family’s photography appointment.

 

Note: The directory will be printed and will be online. The online version will be password protected. However, a universal password will be used to access the online directory, therefore, please only provide information that you are comfortable sharing with our Coker family, extended Coker family, and any common attendees who may have the password (example, the same information you are comfortable sharing on sites like NextDoor, Facebook, Etc can be shared in the directory. If you do not want the general public to know your phone, email, or address- then do not share that in the directory. Be aware that scammers are everywhere so if you receive emails, phone calls or mail that seems suspicious verify the sender before providing any personal information or donations).
