On Thursday July 20th, 2023 Christus Santa Rosa and the Texas Department of State Health Services will be providing a FREE mobile vaccination unit for children going back to school at the Coker Health and Wellness Center parking lot.

For the immunization clinic appointments are required, no walk-ins will be allowed. Please call 210-954-3764 for an appointment.
