Dr. Whitesel's Consultation Diagnostic Analysis

To all of those who took the time to fill out the congregational surveys this past Summer or who participated in a focus group this fall; thank you very much. Below you will find the diagnostic report from Dr. Bob Whitesell of Churchhealth.net. Inside you will see a few “word clouds” that highlight the perceived strengths of our church as well as some of the perceived growth areas; all of which came from the surveys and focus groups. You will also see Key Result Areas which are the areas of focus that he is recommending the church to work through in the next 2 years. Task forces consisting of Coker lay leaders and staff have been formed in order to begin work on addressing these areas. The second attachment is an appendix of idea starters for those task forces.
