ONLINE Class: Seamless: Understanding the Bible as One Complete Story
Sundays, 9 AM, Beginning August 2nd

Study Materials: https://www.lifeway.com/en/product/seamless-bible-study-book-P005644879

About the Study: From the Class Leader: I chose this study as it is an opportunity to pull back and examine the overall narrative of the Bible.   The description of the study’s intent to “help participants move forward with confidence in their understanding of Scripture” was also of particular interest to me as it can help those of us struggling to begin a study habit to feel more equipped to do so.  The study is 6 weeks long and appears to be a wonderful opportunity for personal growth and fellowship with other believers.

Wednesdays, 1-2 PM, Beginning September 16th
Register HERE

Study Materials: No fees apply, A note from the teachers: “We will use the free app, Wordgo, which may be used on a smartphone or tablet.  The 5-week study includes 5 days/wk of individual scripture study, 2-3 questions, optional study notes, and one weekly audio lecture, all contained in the app and completed at the participant’s convenience. The program customizes the material to the amount of time (10, 15, or 30 minutes/day) each participant chooses. The weekly group discussion will be held via Zoom video conference on Wednesdays from 1:00-2:00p.”

About the Study: Solomon loved God, but sin misled him.  He moved away from God’s wisdom, truth and justice.  Yet, God remained faithful to this great, and greatly flawed, king.  In this 5-week course we will see how to seek God first and fulfill our responsibilities to others.  We will learn from Solomon how good times are meant to draw us closer to the greatest gift of all-Jesus Christ.
